Our Introductory full day surfing sessions give you the
basics of beach safety, surf awareness and surfing etiquette.
We also teach you basic surfing techniques, allowing you to
feel comfortable in the water and have fun practicing standing
up on your board within a supervised group. The additional
afternoon session allows you to consolidate what you've learnt
in the morning and practice your technique in the water, under
the watchful eye of our instructors.
Lessons are held at South Fistral beach, Pentire, Newquay,
home to many national competitions and known for some of the
best waves in the U.K. Ladies wetsuits, boots, rashvests and
surfboards are included in your lesson cost. Surfer's need
to bring their own swimwear, towels and sunscreen.
Each full day session consists of approximately 5 hours surfing,
with a break for lunch. The course is specifically structured
to consider the abilities of all students. Food is available
at the beach from the cafe or near by shop.

We ask all surfers to meet at South Fistral, Pentire, Newquay
- on the grass verge opposite the Esplanade Hotel. Look for
the white Suzuki jeep with a huge roof rack on it, that'll
be us!!
